  • Identidad installation, presented in constructed maze, eight-foot freestanding walls, open above to building ceiling, 330 running feet required for a continuous line of photos and mirrors
  • Video Introduction room: continuous loop video

  • Fernando Traverso's bicycle flags, 26 feet long, 50 inches wide, 12.5 feet high

  • Each site will need to provide five video monitors, two of which should be matching for Marcelo's Brodsky's installation.
  • NDMOA will provide 6 LCDs and 6 DVD players for Project for a Memorial by O. Muñoz.
  • The steel discs for Oscar Muñoz's Breath will be reprinted for each venue as needed.
  • NDMOA will provide a video projector for Echavarría's Two Brothers. Local venue to provide speakers for the video projector.

INSTALLATION PERSONNEL

Negotiable. NDMOA will provide someone to oversee the installation if the hosting site covers costs. Sites are encouraged to invite artists to attend opening events and to install their work. When the show opened in North Dakota three people came from Argentina in conjunction with Identidad: an installer, an artist, and the President of the Grandmothers of the Plaza de Mayo. In addition, the Under Secretary of Human Rights for Buenos Aires also attended (Argentina's most senior human rights official). Ten of the artists in the show came to North Dakota for the opening and most participated in the installation of their work. All visiting guests addressed the public during opening events. Interpreters were used as necessary.

If a site can only bring one visitor from abroad, we encourage you to invite the President of the Grandmothers of the Plaza de Mayo.
