The Museum Café and Coffee Shop, located in the lower level of the Museum, serves a full luncheon menu from 11 am - 2 pm. Coffee is available from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
The luncheon menu includes appetizers, sandwiches, two daily soups, salads in an intimate cafe setting surrounded by original art.
Reservations are accepted for small or large groups and the Museum Conference Room may be available if your full party is ordering. Credit cards are accepted as well as University of North Dakota department billing. Call ahead and take out orders are accepted. High Tea is also available with a minimum two-day reservation at a charge of $8.50 per person.
The Museum Café and Coffee Shop is easily accessible for a relaxing lunch or coffee break from anywhere on campus. The Café is managed and operated by Justin Welsh. Justin, a native of Grand Forks, was recently hired as the new café chef/manager. Justin graduated from Le Cordon Bleus Western Culinary Institute in Portland, OR, a 14-month program learning classical French cuisine. |
